We do not intentionally collect special category data (e.g., health information). Clients in medical fields must not send patient data to us or through landing pages unless we have a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and appropriate compliant tools in place.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address to send you updates, insights, and service information. The legal basis for this is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in our emails or by contacting us at hello@optitechautomation.co.uk. We use secure third-party email service providers to manage subscriptions and track open/click rates to improve our content. Your data will not be shared with other third parties or used for unrelated marketing.
