Simple, flat pricing. No per-lead fees. No cut of your jobs.

What you are actually buying here is hours: the evenings the office quietly eats, and the jobs that ring out while everyone is on the tools. OptiTech Automation is job-management software for UK trades that runs the whole operation, bookings, deposits, dispatch, invoicing and reminders, and 0% of your job money ever touches us. No commission, no per-lead fee, no per-job cut, and every deposit lands straight in your own account. These are not four versions of one product with pieces taken out. They are four stages of a growing firm: Standard gets you organised, Growth helps you coordinate a team, Dominator runs it like an operation, and Empire is application only for multi-branch groups. Move up when your business does, not before.

Prices mean nothing without your numbers. Do the maths on your business first →

Start at the stage your business is actually at. You are never locked in, and you can move up a stage whenever you outgrow the one you are on.

The honest maths · why the price is what it is

Is this expensive?

Stages run from £199 to £3,599 a month. Compare what OptiTech Automation replaces versus buying the pieces separately, then decide.

Job management app (Tradify, Powered Now)from about £25 per user per monthOnline booking engine (Calendly, SimplyBook)from about £15 per user per monthDeposit and payment handlingManual, unbillable hoursWorker dispatch and job assignmentWhatsApp and phone callsXero invoicing automationfrom about £20 per month plus accountant timeNo-show protectionabout £80 to £150 lost per incidentOptiTech Automation Standard, all of the above£599 / mo

Competitor figures are their own published per-user rates. Verified August 2026. Standard is £599 a month plus a one-off £249 Onboarding Investment, £848 to start.

One honest gap: Tradify and Powered Now generate certificates; we do not yet. Here is what you get instead: the customer books a real slot themselves, the deposit lands in your own Stripe account before a van moves, the job is offered to the right worker automatically, and the invoice reaches your Xero on completion. Your engineer issues the certificate, and we keep the dates and the records so the renewal never creeps up on you.

That table answers what it replaces. It doesn't answer what it's worth to your firm — that depends on numbers only you know: how many people are on your payroll, how full their days run, how many calls ring out while everyone's on the tools. So we built a page that does that arithmetic honestly, in your numbers — including the case against buying.
