No. OptiTech Automation is a flat monthly subscription — no per-lead fees, no commission on jobs, no per-job cut and no SMS credits. You pay one price and keep everything you bill.

Are there setup or hidden fees?

There is a one-off Onboarding Investment per plan (from £249 on Standard), waived for the first 20 founding businesses. After that it is the flat monthly price — no add-ons bolted on after you sign.

Can I take a deposit or a call-out charge through the booking page?

Yes. Customers authorise a card deposit, or your call-out charge, at the moment they book — paid straight into your own Stripe account. OptiTech never holds the money, and the card authorisation protects you against no-shows.

When am I actually charged?

Your card is authorised at signup, but the monthly subscription is not charged until your systems are live and you are up and running.
