OptiTech Automation is job-management software for UK trades that runs the whole operation, bookings, deposits, dispatch, invoicing and reminders, and 0% of your job money ever touches us. No commission, no per-lead fee, no per-job cut, and every deposit lands straight in your own account. These are not five versions of one product with pieces taken out. They are five stages of a growing firm, each priced by what the firm needs to run, and each with a worker ceiling that is the hard limit: 5 on Start-up, 15 on Standard, 30 on Growth, 90 on Dominator (booking volumes are guidance, not a cap). Start-up puts a small firm's bookings and deposits on rails while the owner is still on the tools, Standard gets the day dispatching itself once you have become the bottleneck, Growth lets you hand the diary to a manager with your money locked, Dominator sets booked revenue against wage cost for a regional operation, and Empire is application only for multi-branch groups. Move up when your business does, not before. Critical incidents are alarmed 24 hours a day, every day, and a real person responds within 4 hours whatever the hour.

The other honest one: if you already run a well-tuned stack, a bundled job app across fifteen seats can come out under £599 a month, and dispatch may simply not be your pain. We are not going to argue with your arithmetic. Here is what the difference buys. The deposit is authorised at the moment the customer books, into your own Stripe, rather than asked for later in a quote. The job is offered to whoever fits it and can actually get there, without you in the middle. And the bill does not move when you hire, because it is a plan and not a seat count. If none of those three is what hurts on a Tuesday, the cheaper stack is the right answer and you should keep it.

One honest gap: Tradify and Powered Now generate certificates; we do not yet. Here is what you get instead: the customer books a real slot themselves, the deposit lands in your own Stripe account before a van moves, the job is offered to the right worker automatically, and the invoice goes out to the customer on completion. Your engineer issues the certificate, and we keep the dates and the records so the renewal never creeps up on you.

That table answers what it replaces. It doesn't answer what it's worth to your firm. That depends on numbers only you know: how many people are on your payroll, how full their days run, how many calls ring out while everyone's on the tools.
