Your data stays in the UK and the EU
Your records are held in a data centre in Dublin, inside the EU. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference C1963975.
We never hold your card details
Payments run through Stripe, into the trade business's own account. Card numbers are processed by Stripe and never stored by OptiTech Automation.
We keep tested copies of your data
Your data is copied and kept safe, and we test that those copies actually restore, because a backup nobody has ever opened is not a backup. We treat this as our job, not yours.
You can leave, and take everything with you
Thirty days' notice, no exit fee, and a CSV export of everything that is yours, any time. The Pledge is a clause in the contract, not a line in an advert.
