The map

All 40 trades, graded honestly

Four tiers, no fog: what runs as shipped, what needs one named workaround, what needs a conversation first, and what we will not take yet. Tap any trade for the three lines that matter.

Ready today

20 trades

The product fits as shipped: booking on your own page, deposits taken at booking into your own Stripe account, dispatch by qualification, the rota, and records and reminders for the dates your trade lives by.

Works with a light adaptation

11 trades

These run well with one named workaround. We name it on the call before you sign, so you know exactly how your jobs will run. Nothing is hidden.

Talk to us first

7 trades

Different operating shapes: rounds, projects, insurer billing, contract terms. The machine may still fit, and fifteen minutes decides it honestly.

Two we deliberately do not serve yet

Appointments in care and health settings carry special category data duties under UK GDPR. Until our assessment for that sector is complete we would rather say not yet than pretend. This is what taking data seriously looks like.

The questions owners ask before the call

We have mapped 40 UK trades and graded every one honestly: 20 run on the product as shipped, 11 work with one named workaround, 7 need a conversation about operating shape first, and 2 we have chosen not to serve yet. Use the finder above or scan the map. If your trade is there, the card tells you exactly where you stand before you spend a minute on a call.

It means OptiTech Automation fits your trade as shipped, with no workaround and no waiting on a roadmap. Booking on your own page, deposits taken at booking into your own Stripe account, dispatch that matches jobs to qualifications, the rota, and records and reminders for the dates your trade lives by. Where a certificate is involved, your engineer issues it and the system keeps the dates and the records.

Then you are probably running a business we have not mapped yet, and in our experience that usually means an interesting one. Book fifteen minutes with the founder and describe how the work actually flows. You will get a straight answer on the call: either the machine fits and we can show you where, or it does not and we will say so before you spend anything.

Because appointments in care and health settings carry special category data duties under UK GDPR, and meeting them properly takes a dedicated assessment we have not completed. Until that work is done, taking on a care agency or a mobile physiotherapy business would mean pretending. We would rather say not yet. If we treat data this seriously when it costs us a sale, you can guess how seriously we treat yours.

Two published tiers. Standard is £599 a month plus a £249 one-off setup and covers up to ten on the tools. Growth is £1,749 a month and covers up to twenty-five. Neither is per user, both are public on the pricing page, and you will never hear a number for the first time on a sales call.

Fifteen minutes, no pitch

Find out where your trade actually stands

Book a 15-minute call with the founder. Bring your trade and your messiest week. If the fit is wrong, you will hear it on the call, not after the invoice.
