Your data is yours — and protected
OptiTech Automation operates in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, hosted on secure EU servers. Export everything — bookings, customers, jobs, invoices — to CSV or PDF in one click, any time. We never sell your data or your customers' data.

Your team gets exactly the access their role needs — nothing more
Every team member gets their own login and only the powers their role needs. Contributors draft, editors edit their own work, a manager reviews before anything goes live, and every account change is written to an audit log.

Payments handled by regulated providers
Payment is taken at booking through Stripe, an FCA-authorised payment processor — either in full, or as a deposit authorised on the card. OptiTech Automation never holds your funds, and disputes go through Stripe, not us.

No lock-in, ever
The Pledge is a binding contract clause: cancel any time with 30 days' notice, no exit fees, your data in your hand. If we break it, you can walk and recover pro-rated fees.

Customer privacy by design
When customers book through your page, you are the data controller and we are the processor. Strictly-necessary cookies only by default; functional cookies require opt-in. No third-party ad tracking.
