Payments handled by regulated providers
Card and Direct Debit payments run through Stripe and GoCardless — we never hold your money. Deposits taken at booking protect you against no-shows, with the customer’s prior consent.

The Pledge is a binding contract clause: cancel any time with 30 days’ notice, no exit fees, your data in your hand. If we break it, you can walk and recover pro-rated fees.
