- Your money never touches us
Customer deposits go straight into your own Stripe account — we never hold your money, and we can't. You pay a flat monthly subscription, fixed in your agreement before you sign — we take nothing from your customers' payments. For a brand-new vendor, that's not a promise — it's how the money physically flows.
- The Pledge is a contract clause
30 days' notice, no exit fees, one-click export, and the customer relationships are always yours. If we break the Pledge you have legal cause to recover your pro-rated fees. It's enforceable, not marketing.
- You're not charged until you're live
Your card is authorised at signup, but your monthly subscription doesn't start until your systems are switched on and you're up and running. No paying for something that isn't working yet.
- EU-hosted, UK GDPR, ICO registered
Your data is EU-hosted (Dublin, AWS eu-west-1) and handled under UK GDPR, covered by the UK adequacy regulations. I'm registered with the ICO, registration C1963975. Plain and verifiable.
