One search over bookings, customers, workers, services and quotes. A name, a postcode or a reference takes you straight to the record. Press Ctrl and K, or tap the magnifier.
The Quotes page now groups waiting quotes by how long they have sat unanswered, from sent today to three days or more. Chasing the older ones is usually where the money is.
Chat threads are included in your full data export and follow the same tidy-up rules as the jobs they belong to. Your records stay complete and your storage stays clean.
Every job can carry its own message thread. The office writes from the booking screen, the worker gets a notification and answers from the job on their phone, and the conversation stays attached to that job for good.
The Customers page shows who is due a recurring service in the next 30 days, with reminders already handled automatically. Plan the diary before the phone rings.
A failed subscription payment now comes with 10 days of grace and clear reminders along the way before anything is paused. Trades run on real cash flow, and the platform respects that.
Multi-area businesses can let customers choose their patch, or type a postcode, right on the landing page. The picker appears once your services differ between areas, and the list adjusts to what you offer there.
Untick the services you do not offer in a particular patch. Customers there simply do not see them, and the booking system politely declines anything that slips through.
Worker limits are now stated exactly as they are, with a clear path to talk to us when your team is growing. No invented numbers, no pressure.
Each area gets its own centre, radius and team, and bookings are matched to the right area automatically. Built for businesses dominating more than one patch.
New businesses drop their price lists, certificates and details in one place, and the platform is built around them. Less typing, faster go-live.
Dozens of small fixes across the whole app in one pass, from button states to edge cases in booking flows. The kind of work you feel as things simply behaving.

Each worker can have their own travel range, and bookings check the service radius at the moment of booking. The right person goes to the right job without anyone doing the maths.
Plan the week ahead with approved leave automatically blocking bookings. Nobody gets booked onto a job while they are on holiday.
Reviews assess the work across seven measures instead of one blunt score, and they inform rather than punish. Your workers get a fair picture, and so do you.
Deep checks on permissions, data access and recovery paths, with an automated readiness check that runs before changes ship.
Businesses can now sign up and set themselves up end to end, with a safety net watching every step. The phone call is there if you want it, not because you need it.
The system weighs distance, qualifications and fair sharing of work when assigning jobs, so assignments make sense without the owner refereeing.
Clear, consistent handling for refunds, cancellations and payment disputes, matching the published policy word for word.
More ways to make your booking page look and read like your business, from layout choices to per-product presentation.
This page rolls forward as new upgrades ship. If something here would change how your business runs, we will talk you through it in plain English.
