Business Owner Terms & Conditions, Versions 3.0 to 3.3Current
Version 3.3 effective 3 September 2026 · Version 3.2 effective 7 July 2026 · Versions 3.0 and 3.1 effective 6 and 7 July 2026 · Every version is published here and at /terms, and the version a Business Owner accepted is recorded against their account together with a fingerprint of the exact text they were shown. Where a change is one that owners must accept, we email on the day it is published and remind twice more; if it is still not accepted after 31 days the platform asks for acceptance before it opens anything else, and accepting restores everything at once.

Previous versions
OptiTech Automation was founded in 2026 and the v2.0 policy set was the first public release. The Business Owner Terms & Conditions have since been revised (versions 3.0 to 3.3 above). Every other policy carries its own version and effective date at the top of the policy itself, which is always the current one. Founding Member agreements signed before 1 July 2026 are governed by the individual agreements issued at that time, and copies of every superseded version are available on request.
